— diplomatic visa category “Д”;
— service visa category “X”;
— investment visa category “C”;
— business visa category “K”;
— work visa category “M”;
— tourist visa category “T”;
— study visa categories “O1” and “O2”;
— private visa categories “ХС1” and “ХС2”;
— free economic zone visa category “MOИ”;
— transport visa category “H”;
— permanent residence visa category “ИД”;
— mass media visa category “Ж”;
— missionary visa category "TБ";
— humanitarian visa category “Б”;
— transit visa category “TР”;
- exit visa of the "Хуручи" category.
Depending on the type, visas are divided into:
a) Standard visa;
b) Electronic visa.
What is a standard visa and how can I get it?
The visa is printed in the form of a special sticker with security features to prevent counterfeiting, which is placed in the passport of a foreign citizen or stateless person. This category of visas is called standard. Since January 1, 2017, the Republic of Tajikistan has launched an electronic information network system for submitting visa applications. You can apply for a standard visa of one of the above categories by filling out the form and attaching the necessary documents to this address: www.visa.gov.tj.
What is an e-visa and how can I get one?
An electronic visa is an official document that allows entry and exit to Tajikistan. You can apply for an electronic visa on the website www.evisa.tj. Once your application is successfully completed, your e-Visa will be sent to you via email.
Note: Please note that the Embassy does not participate in the review of e-visa applications submitted through the website www.evisa.tj. The Embassy issues standard visas only.
Depending on the number of entries, visas are divided into:
a) single;
b) multiple
A single-entry visa gives a foreign citizen and stateless person the right to a single entry and exit to the Republic of Tajikistan during the period specified in the visa.
Multiple entry visa – gives the right to enter and exit or exit and enter the Republic of Tajikistan several times (more than 2 times) during the period specified in the visa.
